Requesting A Credit Card Interest Reduction

I have five credit cards and none of them are over the limit. HOwever, three of them: First Premier, Applied Card, and Orchard have been charging me a 23.9% APR for the use. I think that it is ridiculous considering other credit cards are only charging me between 8-19%. So I am requesting a interest rate decrease. I have sent two letters out today requesting this. I feel as long as I have been with these companies (almost two years with Orchard and one year with the rest) and I haven’t been late, I deserve to have a smaller interest rate. And I am more than prepared to transfer the balance to another credit card with a lesser interest rate and no annual fee.

Do you think my chances are good?
